6. Handling, Storage, and Your Responsibility

Products are shipped as lyophilized (freeze-dried) material, which is stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal transit. On receipt, storage becomes your responsibility. Unless a product's documentation says otherwise, store lyophilized material at −20 °C for long-term storage, protect it from light and moisture, keep the vial sealed until use, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Once a product is reconstituted, diluted, aliquoted, or combined with any other substance, its stability, sterility, and composition depend entirely on your materials, your technique, and your storage. That work is performed at your own risk and by your own methods.

Handle all research chemicals with the personal protective equipment, containment, and laboratory controls appropriate to the material and your jurisdiction, and dispose of them in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

7. Buyer Representations

By purchasing from Pepfides LLC, you represent and warrant, on each order, that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and legally able to enter into contracts.
• You are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution or organization for legitimate laboratory research purposes.
• You will use the products exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and for no other purpose.
• You will not administer any product to any human or animal, including yourself, and will not resell, transfer, or distribute any product to any person who you know or reasonably should know intends to do so.
• You are qualified and equipped to handle, store, use, and dispose of research chemicals safely, and you accept full responsibility for doing so.
