1. Program Description

Pepfides LLC operates two kinds of text messaging, and you consent to them separately:

  • Order and shipping updates (transactional) — order confirmation, payment status, shipment and tracking notifications, delivery exceptions, and messages we must send to complete an order you placed.
  • Marketing and promotional messages — new product availability, restocks, and offers. You only receive these if you separately opt in, and you can stop them without stopping order updates.

Partners in our Referral Partner Program may additionally receive compliance and payout notifications under the Partner Program Terms.

2. How You Opt In

You opt in by entering your mobile number and affirmatively checking the consent box at signup, at checkout, or in your account settings. Consent boxes are never pre-checked. We record the date, time, and the exact wording of the consent you accepted.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

You confirm that you are the subscriber of the mobile number you provide, or that you are authorized to consent for it, and that you are 21 or older.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and is driven by events, not by a schedule. Order and shipping updates are sent as your order progresses — typically two to five messages per order. Marketing messages, if you opt in, are sent no more than four (4) times per month. Partner compliance and payout notifications are typically fewer than one per month.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Messages are billed by your mobile carrier under your own plan; we do not charge you for them. Contact your carrier if you are unsure what your plan includes.

5. How to Get Help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message from us for assistance, or email [email protected]. Replying HELP returns our contact details and a reminder of how to opt out.

6. How to Stop Messages (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from that program. You may also email [email protected] or turn messaging off in your account settings.

You can also use CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL. To rejoin, opt in again the same way you did originally.

Opting out of SMS does not close your account, does not cancel an order already placed, and does not exempt you from any policy you have agreed to. We will continue to send equivalent notices by email where we are required to reach you.

7. Supported Carriers and Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The program is supported by major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their affiliated and MVNO brands. Carrier support can change without notice, and delivery is not guaranteed — messages may be delayed, filtered, or blocked by your carrier or device for reasons outside our control. Do not rely on SMS as your only notice of anything time-sensitive; we also send order notices by email.

8. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.

We share your mobile number with our messaging provider only to deliver the messages you asked for. Our full Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how long we keep it.

9. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms. Updates take effect when posted here with a new "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects the program, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continued participation after the effective date means you accept the update.
